Wojas S.A. is a Polish manufacturer of footwear and leather goods with a history spanning over 30 years, dating back to 1990. The company manages a network of approximately 180 proprietary stores in Poland and selected international markets, alongside a robust e-commerce channel. The Wojas portfolio includes a wide range of footwear product lines—from classic leather shoes and sports-elegant collections to utility and outdoor footwear.
The goal of the partnership between Wojas S.A. and Occubee is to streamline and automate the inter-store transfer process, ensuring that transfers are executed only where there is a clear business justification. The Occubee module supports decisions regarding which products should be moved from specific boutiques to other locations, taking into account actual sales potential and current stock levels across the network.
This solution enhances assortment efficiency by directing products to stores where they have the highest turnover potential, while simultaneously reducing stock aging at locations with lower demand. The inter-store transfer module automatically analyzes sales and inventory data at the SKU level (model-color-size), covering the entire assortment and all stores within the system. This is of particular importance at the end of seasons, when swift and accurate transfer decisions directly impact business performance.
By automating analysis and recommendations, the teams responsible for replenishment and operations at Wojas S.A. gain a tool that supports daily inter-store transfer decisions. The system eliminates the need for time-consuming manual analysis, allowing staff to focus on performance monitoring and exception management.
