Homla and Homla Gifts brand owner becomes a new client of Occubee

The collaboration with N2H Sp. z o.o. involves the implementation of two Occubee modules: Demand Management and Allocation & Replenishment.

Homla, a well-established brand since 2015, has quickly become one of the most recognizable names in the home decor industry. Offering a wide range of home accessories, textiles, kitchen, dining, and bathroom products, as well as furniture for homes and gardens, Homla has built a strong reputation. On the other hand, Homla Gifts, launched in 2023, specializes in personalized gifts, offering everything from practical and classic options to unique and sentimental items.

The partnership between N2H Sp. z o.o. and Occubee S.A. focuses on implementing two modules of our SaaS platform for inventory management in warehouses and stores: Demand Management and Allocation & Replenishment. These modules will cover both permanent product offerings (baseline) and seasonal or new products.

With the Demand Management module, Occubee will generate demand forecasts for each sales channel separately, including for new products and never-out-of-stock items. The business goal is to minimize the amount of excess stock in warehouses, thereby freeing up frozen capital.

For the Allocation & Replenishment module, Occubee will generate sales forecasts at the SKU level over a short time horizon for each PoS, store demands, and orders to warehouse, taking into account the replenishment cycle and stock levels. This will ensure that the right products reach the appropriate stores at the optimal time. The goal is to accelerate product turnover at sales points and increase sales value of returning products.

We are confident that the combination of Occubee’s advanced solutions with the quality of N2H Sp. z o.o. will deliver excellent results.
