Where did the idea to create the Occubee platform come from?
The impetus for us was a confluence of three factors. Firstly, our 17 years of experience in developing IT systems for market leaders. Secondly, the megatrend known as Data-Driven Business, or the use of data and artificial intelligence in business. Thirdly, the fact that medium-sized retailers and manufacturers face the same challenges as the largest market players, but need turnkey IT solutions that guarantee quick implementation and measurable results, without large financial outlays.

Short-term sales forecasts for each product and store separately are the starting point for automatic generation of warehouse picking lists. This ensures optimal stocking of stores, while avoiding out-of-stocks and overstocks. Mid-term demand forecasts for the market are used to ensure optimal stock levels, optimize logistics or warehouse work, and allow automatic generation of orders for suppliers and production planning.

OCCUBEE does not require changing business processes. On the contrary, the actual processes are modelled in the system. This allows one to improve sales, minimize losses and costs without making revolutionary changes. Launching OCCUBEE does not require interference with transactional systems, which minimizes implementation risk and ensures high business continuity. The data is copied to the MS Azure cloud, and he analyzed results feed the systems present in the client’s architecture at the headquarters.
When creating OCCUBEE, we were guided by the idea of providing the business with the benefits of sophisticated data analysis, without having to delve into the ins and outs of artificial intelligence, but at the same time giving full control over the flow of processes throughout the supply chain.
