We gathered with professionals whose daily responsibilities involve deciding which products will be available for sale, in what quantities they’ll be ordered from manufacturers, and what reaches specific stores and when.
Our discussion focused on key challenges – overproduction in the apparel industry, new EU regulations, and the expectations of Gen Z consumers – as well as the opportunities. We explored how emerging technologies are helping the fashion sector personalize offerings, forecast demand, and optimize inventory.

During the expert session, the following speakers shared their insights:
- Kamil Folkert spoke about offer personalization in the fashion industry, highlighting the technological and logistical challenges involved in scaling this approach effectively,
- Marta Fryzowska shared her experience in maximizing sell-through and emphasized the role of data in effective sales planning,
- Agata Krząstek discussed ESG, reporting practices, and the upcoming regulatory changes in the European Union related to sustainable fashion.

The event took the form of a business breakfast, creating a space for open conversations, experience sharing, and relationship building.
We’d like to thank all our guests for their presence, energy, and inspiring discussions. It was a truly valuable gathering – and certainly not the last!
