The Microsoft AI Tour Warsaw took place on November 28 at Fabryka Norblina. The event was inaugurated by Krzysztof Gawkowski, Poland’s Minister of Digital Affairs, who spoke about the shared responsibility of government and business in developing safe and responsible AI – an especially important topic in the era of rapid technological transformation and hybrid warfare.
Notable speakers included Samer Abu-Ltaif, Microsoft Corporate VP & President for CEMA; Bartosz Stebnicki, Public Sector Director for Central Europe at Microsoft; and Adi Morun, Data & AI Lead for Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa.
A highlight of the event was the announcement of Microsoft’s new AI training initiative in Poland. The program aims to equip one million people with AI-related skills by the end of 2025. This is part of Microsoft’s continued investment in the development of the Polish Digital Valley.
Participants also had the opportunity to attend a range of insightful business and technical presentations. The event offered a great platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences, as well as for building new connections.
As part of the networking segment, a dedicated meeting was held for investment funds focused on technology companies. Among those represented was Warsaw Equity Group. The official presentation of partnership opportunities – followed by informal conversations – provided valuable insights into Microsoft’s support programs for ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) like Occubee, and how the company helps investors maximize their ROI.

Thank you to the Microsoft Poland team for the invitation and the opportunity to explore new programs and partnership potential for software vendors. We’re looking forward to the next editions of the AI Tour!
