How do you decide which products to move, to which store, and when?

Without Occubee

Manual data analysis in Excel

Time-consuming spreadsheet calculations and expert decision-making based on fixed boundary conditions, accounting for a very limited number of variables.

Analyzing only a fraction of the assortment

Focusing exclusively on the highest-value products in the portfolio.

Analysis at the model-color level

Inability to analyze every individual product (SKU) due to time, technological, and computational constraints.

Simplest transfer scenarios are preferred

Focusing on identifying obvious cases—such as when a product sells well in Store X but not at all in Store Y—as the primary justification for a transfer.

With Occubee

Automated data analysis with AI

Data analysis leveraging advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The system automatically generates results based on thousands of variables, parameters, and diverse business rules.

Comprehensive assortment analysis

A thorough yet detailed analysis of the entire commercial offering.

Analysis at the SKU level (model-color-size)

Calculations performed automatically for thousands of products and hundreds of stores, as frequently as once a week.

How do we do it at Occubee?

Step 1

Identifying products and stores for transfers

The system identifies which products should be moved, from which stores, and to which points of sale.

To achieve this, it analyzes data on warehouse and store inventory levels, size availability, sales potential, and dozens of other factors. Consequently, it designates stores capable of shipping specific items and stores capable of receiving them. Occubee selects product-store combinations where transfers are poised to deliver the greatest business value.

Step 2

AI-driven transfer recommendations

The system utilizes a proprietary optimization model to analyze the product-store combinations identified in the first step, pairing them to maximize sales opportunities.

In doing so, it accounts for a variety of constraints, including minimum and maximum package values. It prevents excessive stock depletion at shipping locations and overstocking at receiving locations. As a result, it generates a finalized list of recommended transfers—optimized for both sales performance and logistics efficiency.

What benefits can you gain?

Maximize store potential

Ensure that high-performing stores have the stock they need to maintain sales momentum.

Increase collection sell-through

Ensure that products with low turnover in specific locations are moved before the end of the season to stores where sales potential is higher.

Mitigate the risk of losses

Minimize the risk of being left with significant volumes of unsold inventory at the end of the season.

Automate calculations and analytics

Empower your experts to make effective, data-driven transfer decisions proactively and with precision.
