The system identifies which products should be moved, from which stores, and to which points of sale.
To achieve this, it analyzes data on warehouse and store inventory levels, size availability, sales potential, and dozens of other factors. Consequently, it designates stores capable of shipping specific items and stores capable of receiving them. Occubee selects product-store combinations where transfers are poised to deliver the greatest business value.
AI-driven transfer recommendations
The system utilizes a proprietary optimization model to analyze the product-store combinations identified in the first step, pairing them to maximize sales opportunities.
In doing so, it accounts for a variety of constraints, including minimum and maximum package values. It prevents excessive stock depletion at shipping locations and overstocking at receiving locations.
