Occubee is a cutting-edge SaaS platform, which enhances retailers and manufacturers impact on their financial and operational performance by optimizing their supply chain processes. Occubee provides demand forecasting and replenishment by using artificial intelligence and machine learning. We are looking for a Data Analyst with high knowledge of Excel, SQL, and mathematical and logical thinking skills, to work in a growing startup, in contact with business clients.
What does Data Analyst do?
- Maintaining regular contact with business clients (often foreign)
- Participating in teleconferences (during client business hours, in different time zones)
- Understanding and performing analysis of client source data
- Reconciling, transforming, and adapting client data structures to required schemas
- Preparing data for further analysis and reports
- Building automated data processing processes
- Performing verification and evaluation of final results
- Participating in the onboarding of an advanced sales forecasting product in the retail industry
- Cooperating with sales, maintenance and technical departments
What do we expect from you?
- SQL language knowledge at the level of query writing
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of English and Polish at the C1 level
- Developed interpersonal skills, a willingness to build positive relationships with clients
- Higher education (preferably sciences)
- Well-developed analytical, mathematical, and logical thinking skills
- Experience in analyzing large data sets
- Nice to have – experience in working with clients, knowledge of the retail industry, knowledge of Python and Spanish language
