In the position of HR Generalist at Occubee, we are seeking a candidate who will hold a pivotal role within our human resources department. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of HR functions, with a key focus on recruitment, training and development, and administrative duties. Your main duties will involve talent acquisition and retention, the facilitation of training and development initiatives, and the efficient execution of HR processes.
What does HR Generalist do?
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level positions.
- Develop recruitment strategies and source top talent.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies.
- Support HR processes, including onboarding and data updates.
- Address employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and update HR policies.
- Contribute to HR initiatives for compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain the training database and assist with learning and development processes.Support the development of training policies and content in collaboration with the Head of People.
What do we expect from you?
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Polish and English at the C1 level.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Recruiter roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in learning and development principles and designing effective training programs.
- Team player with a focus on collaborative goals.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR compliance and employment laws.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
