Onboarding Manager

Occubee is a cutting-edge SaaS platform, which enhances retailers and manufacturers impact on their financial and operational performance by optimizing their supply chain processes. Occubee provides demand forecasting, demand management and replenishment by using artificial intelligence and machine learning.


The mission of the Onboarding Manager position is to play a crucial role in Clients Retention by guiding customers through a 6-month Occubee platform implementation process, ensuring subscription revenue. The role involves close collaboration with various departments, emphasizing relationship maintenance, clear communication, and negotiation skills, resembling a Project Manager role specific to Occubee platform implementations.

Your responsibilities

  • Being a main point of contact for our clients during the client integration and onboarding process.
  • Coordinating the communication process between client, Sales and Product Team.
  • Hosting meetings for multiple participants.
  • Recognizing the customer’s pain points, goals, and desired outcome to coordinate the onboarding.
  • Creating documentation – tutorials/video for clients together with the product team.
  • Creating content for and together with the marketing department.
  • Answering client’s inquiries via email and ticketing system.
  • Establishing the onboarding details.
  • Analyzing the contract together with the Sales Department.
  • Gathering requirements from the sales department and clients.
  • Establishing goals and metrics based on the onboarding roadmap.
  • Adding requirements to the product roadmap in contact with Product Department.
  • Managing the onboarding roadmap together with the client and different internal teams.
  • Establish the milestones/next steps together with the client.
  • Close cooperation with Product Manager (Product Department).

Key requirements

  • Proficiency in English (C1) with fluency in Spanish as a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Team player focused on common goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a sense of responsibility.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in conducting client demonstrations and managing meetings with multiple participants.
  • Tech-savvy or open to exploring Occubee.
  • Familiarity with various tools including CRM, Project Management tools, communicators, and survey tools.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-tech individuals.
  • Understanding and alignment with the organization’s values.
  • Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager or Customer Service Manager for 2-3 years.
