The Prospecting Specialist plays a crucial role in market research, pipeline building and prospect pre-qualification. The aim of this role is to find, pre-qualify and score well qualified leads which fall into our pre-defined ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
What does Prospecting Specialist do?
Market Research Reporting: Prepare, share, and facilitate discussions around comprehensive market research reports on a monthly basis.
Database Development: Build and maintain a robust prospect database to support ongoing outreach efforts.
Lead Prospecting and Qualification: Execute outbound prospecting activities and conduct thorough pre-qualification of leads.
Inbound Lead Pre-Qualification: Assess and pre-qualify inbound leads, including prospects and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Lead Scoring Methodology: Develop, share, and implement a lead scoring system to effectively prioritize leads.
Providing Sales with Prospect Information: Furnish Sales with detailed prospecting information for targeted outreach and engagement.
Re-qualification and Re-scoring: Regularly re-assess and re-score older leads to maintain data accuracy and relevance.
Sales Development Best Practices: Employ effective sales development practices via email, phone, and social media channels. Utilize enablement technology to connect with new prospects and engage previously pre-qualified leads through various messaging strategies such as emails, LinkedIn messages, voice messages, and videos.
Pipeline Management and Communication Patterns: Adhere to established communication patterns and contribute to maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to innovate and enhance the overall sales development process.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Work internally with other departments to ensure the demonstrations meet the required standards in terms of quality and quantity.
